Wesley James Blackburn left us unexpectedly on the evening of September 3, 2014, in Seattle. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family. Wesley was 24.

Wesley was born in Seattle, Washington on March 13, 1990. The Blackburn family moved to Stanwood, Washington when Wes was four. There he attended the Stanwood-Camano School System. Wes was presently attending Skagit Valley college with plans to enter the medical field as a Radiology Technician.

Wesley loved his family, friends, animals, bugs, music, computers, and video games. He will be forever remembered and missed for his ready smile, gentle soul, helpful heart, and stubborn spirit.

He is survived by his parents, Jon Kevin and Jeanne Alice, and his sister, Kristen Autumn; his grandmother, Alice Hahs; his aunts and uncles Angela, Dale, David, Alison, Julie, and Robert; his many cousins and extended family, and his cherished friends.

A memorial will be held in honor and remembrance of his life on September 13, 2014 at 11:00am at Gilbertson Funeral Home, 27001 - 88th Ave. NW, Stanwood, WA, 98292.
