Obituary

Our family lost a son, brother, uncle, and friend on September 27, 2018.  Warren was an inspiration and touched the lives of everyone he met in his 58 years of life.  He will be eternally missed by his family and friends.

Warren lived a very full life.  He attended school and graduated from Marysville High School in 1981.  He was a valued employee at Josephine Sunset Home where he worked as a dietary assistant for 19 years.  He loved spending time with his family, watching sports – including his favorite WWE wrestling and the WSU Cougars, and vacationing at Wapato Point on Lake Chelan.

Warren, also known as Mr. W.M.C and Mr. Wonderful, had a fantastic sense of humor, a unique and friendly personality, and a loving heart.  He would always say hello to everyone with a smile on his face and gave a good handshake.  He was an avid Stanwood Spartans fan and loved keeping track of football and basketball scores.  He would often be found with paper and a clipboard, and always had a good supply of black sharpie markers.  He enjoyed creating art and sharing it with others.  Warren was a shining example of how individuals with special needs are valuable and contributing members in our community.

He is survived by his mother, Betty; siblings Ken Christoferson Jr. (Barbara); Sharon Acuff (Dave); Jeanne Christoferson; Brian Christoferson (Cindy); and Linda Schoen; nieces and nephews Kimberly Acuff (Armando); Erik Christoferson (Erin); Shari Acuff; Julie Acuff (Jack); Alyssa Fox (Kyle); Andrew Christoferson (Lauren); Nathan Schoen; Kelsey Schoen; Alex Christoferson; and Missi Christoferson; and great nieces and nephews, Veda Acuff-Nienhuser; Madalyn and Luka Christoferson; Amerann, Quenby, Pike, and Holiday Fox; and Chloe Steinart; Aunt Grace Barlond, as well as many extended family members.

The family would like to give our deepest appreciation and gratitude to Lois Spring and her entire family for the exceptional care they provided to Warren over the past two years.
