Vivian June Reedy passed away on August 27, 2019. She was born in Evart, MI to Martha (Davis) and Raymond Hilts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Reedy and her son Gary Reedy. She is survived by her children Steve (Treva) Brown; Martha Reddkopp; Dale Reedy; Tim (Diane) Reedy and Glenda Turner and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

June led a very full life in her 96 years. She loved to travel and explore and lived in many places in her life. She was known for her love of animals, always had cats and dogs, loved her horses and chickens. She was always curious and loved to read National Geographic. She was ingenious in figuring out ways to get things done and was not afraid of hard work. She could also be quite the prankster, as in turning on the electric fence when someone was working on it or throwing cold water on you in the shower. She was often a no-nonsense person but had a heart of gold. She was a generous lady often lending money or opening her home to extended family in a non-judgmental way. She was much loved and will be missed.

She will be going home to Michigan to be laid to rest next to her husband in Memorial Gardens in Mt Pleasant, MI. Arrangements in Michigan are through Clarks Funeral Home in Mt Pleasant and arrangements in Washington were through Gilbertson Funeral Home in Stanwood, WA.
