Virginia Graebener a loving wife and longtime resident of Mount Vernon, Washington passed away unexpectedly June 3rd, 2017 at Skagit Valley Hospital.
She was born in Kellogg, Idaho on March 5, 1929. She was one of two daughters born to Josephine and Bud Keith.
She married Roy Graebener on October 1st, 1949. Together they raised three children. She was a longtime employee and retiree of Safeway. She loved traveling, gardening, cooking, music and reading, but most importantly, she loved spending time with her husband of sixty-seven years. They had a full and wonderful life together and found time to enjoy every minute. She was kind, loving, had a great sense of humor and an Irish wit. She will leave a void in all the lives she touched.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Kathy Kline of Arlington, WA and her son David Graebener of Reno, Nevada.
She is survived by her husband Roy Graebener of Mount Vernon, WA; sister Sally Webb of Santa Barbara California, her daughter Karla Hopkins (Steve Hopkins) of Mount Vernon, and daughter-in-law Carolyn Graebener of Reno, Nevada and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
A memorial and will be published at a later date.
It's been said they were the "Happily Ever After".
