Our hearts are heavy and hurting with the passing of our beloved husband, father, son, brother and uncle, Travis Shawn Mickelson.

Travis was born on June 29, 1969 to Elmer and Val Mickelson. Travis and his brother Terry enjoyed playing sports, fishing, and riding dirt bikes together. They had a lot of fun and laughs together.

Travis graduated from Everett High School in 1987. He loved and played basketball, football, baseball and excelled at whatever he was playing.

Travis married Danielle Bottin, September 29th, 2001, they have 3 children Nicole, Emily, and Breanna. Travis was a true family man. His girls were his world and would do anything  for them, including being a Starbucks chauffer. He enjoyed watching his daughters participate in dance, soccer and basketball. He loved to watch his Duke Blue Devils play while turning his girls into lifelong fans.

Service will be held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Salem Lutheran Church 2529 N. Laventure Rd. Mt. Vernon Washington.
