Obituary

Sharon Louise Losey, 69 of Stanwood, WA passed away on Nov. 10, 2014. Sharon was born on April 8, 1945 in Mount Vernon, Washington to Chris Jensen and Beatrice Seegebarth. She was a member of the Class of 1963 at Lincoln High School in Stanwood, WA where she was a school cheerleader and played tennis.

Sharon is survived by her husband Lawrence Losey; her brother Larry Jensen; her children Todd Jensen, Tracy MacArthur, Jeff Losey, James Losey, and Jason Losey; and fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. She was beloved by her family and many friends.

Sharon and her husband Larry were best friends and life companions who loved spending time with their family and traveling together. They took many trips together in their RV. They lived in the same Arlington home the past thirty-three years. Sharon loved to read and crochet. She was employed many years as a deli worker, and retired from the Stanwood Haggen Food Store in 2011.

A graveside ceremony will be held on Sunday November 23, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Anderson Cemetery in Stanwood. The family has asked in lieu of flowers that gifts in her memory be made to the Stanwood Camano Food Bank, PO Box 1285, Stanwood, WA 98292.
