Robert J. Hamlin
Robert was born December 16, 1941 in Berlin, New Hampshire to Mark and Audrey Hamlin; he passed away October 14, 2010 at his home on Camano Island. Robert served in the US Air Force for 20 years achieving the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. He was named Airmen of the Year and also received the Presidential Meritorious Service Medal at the conclusion of his military career. In the private sector, he achieved great success in technology operations serving as both Director of Operations and Chief Operating Office for companies located in both California and Washington. He enjoyed a great round of golf, traveling with his wife and fishing. His family brought him great joy. Robert is survived by: Charlene Brewer-Hamlin, Wife of Camano Island, WA; Mark Hamlin, Son, and his wife Patsy of Canyon Lake, CA; Grandchildren Robert and Christina also of Canyon Lake; Deborah Hamlin, Daughter, of Riverside, CA Grandson Michael Hamlin also of Riverside; LJ Livingston, Daughter and her husband Brent of Chula Vista, CA Granddaughters Pearl and Ella also of Chula Vista; Tracey Hamlin-Landry, Sister and her husband James of Kingston, NH; Bruce Hamlin, Brother and his wife Ruthanne of Falmouth, ME; Isaac Brewer, Stepson of Marysville, WA Granddaughter Shaylee also of Marysville, WA; Carmen Bowen, Stepdaughter and her husband Bo, of Everett, WA Grandsons Elliot and Dante also of Everett, WA; Lance Brewer, Stepson, of Camano Island, WA; Several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held from 12:oo to 3:00 P.M. On saturday November 6, 2010 with a memorial service to be held at 1:30 P.M. that day, it will be held at 829 South Machias Rd. Snohomish, Wa 98290. Burial will be in the Spring in Milan Cemetery, Milan, NH.
