Mary Poole

Mary Cassandra Poole, 100, of Stanwood, Wash., passed away May 29, 2026.

Mary was born April 25, 1926, in Seattle and lived on Beacon Hill. She graduated from Cleveland High School in Seattle, Class of 1944. She married Bob Poole in 1946 and soon moved to the Bellevue area where they raised their family. The family spent many years going to their summer property at Warm Beach alongside the families of Mary's brothers and sister. In 1988 they moved into a beautiful home they had built there for their retirement years. In 2013 Mary and Bob moved into the Warm Beach Senior Center where Mary lived for the rest of her life.

Mary always loved and adored her immediate and extended family. Her love increased all the more with a newfound faith in Jesus Christ her savior in the 1970s. Mary and Bob were baptized on June 12, 1988.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Bob who passed away September 21, 2015, and daughter Sandra Yates who passed away February 8, 2016.

Mary is survived by her three sons, one daughter, seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

Services to celebrate Mary's life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday July 25, 2026, at Beachwood Chapel, Warm Beach Senior Community, 20420 Marine Drive, Stanwood, WA., 98292
