Martha Jane Bradley, age 85, of Stanwood, WA went to be with her Lord & Savior on Friday, September 23, 2022.

Martha was born May 29, 1937 in Massillon, Ohio to G. Fred Grimminger and Kathryn (Beitel) Grimminger.  The family moved from Ohio to California where Martha later met William (Bill) Bradley, a friend of Martha's brother, Dave.  Martha and Bill married September 28,1956 in California.  They had four children together; the first, a baby girl, died at birth.

Martha enjoyed being a homemaker most of her life.  In her younger years she worked as a nanny for a neighbor's family and at a five & dime store.  After moving to Camano Island in 1973 she went to work at Washington Bulb Co. (Roozengaarde), and later Twin City Foods.  She also volunteered at Camano Chapel in the nursery and the MOPS program.

Martha delighted in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Her infectious laugh, warm hugs and heavenly recipes were always a part of every gathering.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her but she will live on in every hug we share with each other, every pie we bake and every potato salad we prepare.

Martha is survived by her husband of 66 years, her children; Gary Bradley (Diana), Linda Thayer, and Barbara Harris (Stan), her grandchildren; Monica Wickstrom (Blake), Brandon Thayer (Taylor), Joseph Harris and Joshua Harris, her great-grandchildren; Beau, Bretley, Edmund and Colin and numerous nieces and nephews.

Martha is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings; Dolores Richardson and David Grimminger, her son-in-law; Bret Thayer, her nieces; Sherry Bradley and Jourdan Bradley, and her sister, Velda Hawk, who passed away three days after Martha.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, October 10, at 1:00 p.m. at Camano Chapel.  Memorial gifts may be made to the Children's Ministry at Camano Chapel, 867 S. West Camano Dr., Camano Island, WA 98282
