Marilyn Ellingsen peacefully went home to the Lord on March 30, 2016. She is preceded by her husband Harold, her sister Shirley and her mom, Alice. She leaves behind her 6 children, their spouses, and her 8 grandchildren and her grandson: Linda & Herm Atkins; Lori & Mike Dunbar & their son Franky; Diane & Tom Eidsmoe, their sons Mike, Dan & Joe; Jeff Ellingsen his son Matt & Jenni, grandson Logan; Becky & Pat Boyd, their sons Jacob and Luke; and son Craig Ellingsen. Marilyn grew up in Eagle Wisconsin and moved to Washington with her parents when she was in High School. It was the first time she saw the mountains. She & Harold raised their family on the farm, where from her home she had beautiful view of the mountains. She enjoyed the sunsets, watching the eagles and the humming birds. She was proud of her flowers. She loved her children and was great mother. The light of her heart was her grandchildren. She has moved home to be with her Savior. Somewhere in heaven, she is having a cup of coffee with Harold and smiling. Please send any donations to Our Saviors Lutheran Church.
