Geneva Lorraine McKinnon (Lorraine) passed away peacefully on February 12, 2022.

At 99 years old, she was just a few weeks away from celebrating her 100th Birthday.

She was born on April 26, 1922 to William and Julia Aicher in Barron, Wisconsin. At the age of 3 she moved, with her parents and 2 older brothers, to Seattle., Washington. She graduated from Ballard High School and married her husband Jack in June 1947. They had 2 daughters, Lynda and Marlene. They raised their family in Burien and retired to Camano Island in 1976. Her happiest times were spent on the beach with her family and swimming in the bay all year around. She was locally known as the "Swimmer Extraordinaire".

She was preceded in death by her husband Jack in 2010. She is survived by her

daughters Lynda (Kelly) Houston and Marlene (Gordon) Horman, 6 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.

A memorial service will be held at Camano Chapel on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at

11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations may be made to: ALL MOMS, in care of Camano Chapel, 867 W. Camano Dr. Camano Island, WA 98282 .
