Obituary
June M Carter passed away on Dec. 18, 2015, in Everett, WA, at the age of 90. After living the majority of her life in the Lakewood-Warm Beach area, she spent her retirement years in Tucson, AZ. Upon the death of her husband, Harlan Carter, she moved back to the Everett-Snohomish area.
She is survived by her son, Jess Carter, her daughters Edith Carter and Ramona Silsbee, 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
