Julie Ann Snowden (Burns): Born: 6/2/1967, Flew Home In Victory: 10/30/2017, 1 COR 15:54-58

Julie,  Tootsta, Toots, Julie Jewels, Jewels, Sister, Sis, Sister In Christ, Wife, Mom, Grandma, Prayer Warrior, Friend, Ally, Blessed, Something Else?  She was called so many things by so many people...

Julie was born to our parents, Dennis and Joanne Burns, on June 2, 1967 at Cascade Valley Hospital in Arlington, Washington where her grandmother Edith Clausen was an RN and administrator.  She grew-up on the family farm on Cedarhome Rd in Stanwood.  She loved her pets and her horses and mostly she loved all of us well and truly!

Alongside her brothers, Dan and Jerry Burns, Julie forged lifelong friendships and family of choice.  She formed and adored her own family with her beloved husband, Chuck Snowden, beloved son's, Danial Andrews and Keith Snowden, and her beloved daughter, Sharon Roberson.  She loved her son, Danial's family, his partner Cassie, his son Tristen and their daughter Hazel  and adored them.  She loved Sharon's husband, Cliff, deeply while doting on and adoring their 3 children, Denise, Preston, and Rhianna-she forged a close personal friendship with Cliff and considered him "one-of-her-kids."  She loved her niece Rachel Burns and her nephew Kyle Burns fiercely as she did the children of all her beloved cousins and friends.  Many children preferred she and Chuck's home over their own due to the unconditional love to be found there.

Transformation

Death is not my end,

And you will find the evidence

Long after I have gone.

The many prayers I said for you and the love I planted in you my dear ones

Will blossom without end,

You will find me in the beauty of each other's smiles, laughter, tears, and prayers as to one another's needs you tend.

Your warm memories of what we shared

The laughter and the tears,

Will continue to give pleasure

To you until we meet again

So do not mourn for me

For I have come home

And you are not left alone,

You'll always find me waiting

In the places we have known.

The bonds that grew between us

Will not diminish with time,

It will go on for always,

I am yours and you are mine...   Jerry Burns Honored to be Julie's big brother
