John was born to John and Yvonne Lindell. He graduated from Stanwood High School in 1965 and was in the U.S. Army from 1966-1968.
He married the love of his life Diane Armintrout in 1969 and welcomed their daughter Krissa in 1970.
John spent 40 years in the boat building industry. 15 years with Glas-Ply and 25 years with Bayliner.
John is survived by his wife Diane of 55 years, two days shy of 56. He also leaves behind his daughter Krissa (Marc) Grandson Taegan, Sister Judy (Jim) and three Sister in laws Gale (Ken) Nadine and Linda and many nieces and nephews he truly adored.

There will be a private family graveside service and a celebration of John's life on Saturday September 27th 2:00pm at the Lindell home.
