Isabella Patricia Maurice

Born in Paterson New Jersey January 26,1933 to Father James F De Mauex and Mother Isabella Begley

Passed away May 4, 2025 Stanwood Washington.

She was preceded in death by her Father and Mother and was raised by her sister Alice Sole and brother in law James Sole now deceased, Sisters Ester De Mauex, Rose A Halloway. Brothers James (Huck)De Mauex andJoseph De Mauex.  Two daughters Sharon E Meeks and Patty A Connors both of Washington State. Husband Clifford Maurice of Lynnwood WA.

She is survived by her Granddaughter Allison M Connors, nieces JoAnn Lindsey, Marlene Nezlek, Sheree A Carpenter and nephew Michael P Connors and many grand nieces and nephews.

Her favorite job was working for Rocket Research/Olin. Her name is included on a plaque on the moon of everyone that worked on the lunar module.

She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, gardening, camping and watching the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Mariners and would travel often to baseball camp in Peoria AZ.

She made the best pies but in 92 years had never cooked a turkey. On the West Coast she was called Aunt Mickey (her Father called her Mickey) no matter if they were related or not.
