Eleanor Ruth Fisher 88, Died Sunday March 24, 2019.
Mrs. Eleanor Ruth Fisher (Ellie) was born in Barton, MD on April 5, 1930 to Henry and Corine Kyle. She was the oldest of twelve children, and preceded in death by five Siblings, four sisters and three brothers remain. Eleanor follows the late Mr. Edgar Frank Fisher (Sargent Ranger Fisher) who was the love of her life for over sixty years.
Ellie the mother of four children; three daughters and one son, with too many grand and great grandchildren to list. Her children and grandchildren and great grandchildren were the sun Shine in her eyes, and love that filled her heart.
Her gentle spirit, faith in Jesus and prayer were one of her greatest gifts. She enjoyed family time with much laughter, late night with Johnny Carson, and her most creative work took place in the kitchen.
Her hobbies included fishing, gardening, horse racing, Club memberships in the Elks, The moose Lodge, The Eagles and the American Legion.
Eleanor was raised back East but moved to Los Angeles, where she started her family was terrified of traffic and earthquakes so she moved to Oregon raising her family until She and Edgar moved to Edmonds, Washington with her children close behind. When Edgar and Eleanor retired they moved to Richland, WA, in the Tri- Cities.
Eleanor spent her final four years in Arlington with her daughter and family following the death of her husband Edgar Fisher.
A few short weeks ago she was admitted to the Josephine Sunset home in Stanwood where she passed with much love surrounding her.
A private Interment next to her husband Edgar will be held in the Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA.
From all that Knew her, Loved her, prayed for her, and adored her may she rest in perfect peace, and the promise we know she has "In Heaven"!...
