It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Debbie C. O'Keefe; Daughter, Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Friend. Debbie is survived by husband Dennis O'Keefe Daughters Nicole Jackins (James) Angela Dafoe, Kelly Emel (Joey), Kristen O'Keefe and Son Dennis O'Keefe (Maxine). Ten grandchildren Kaitlin, Nathan, Dylan, Jordan, Shawn, Zackary, Cameron, Landon, Lena and granddaughter on the way due in august. Mother Lottie Rose, Brother Vince Dyck (Julie), Father in-law Dennis O'Keefe. Sister in-laws Kathleen Bjornstad (Jim) Ruthann O'Keefe, Elaine Pearson (Dennis) Michelle O'Keefe ,Deanne Dyck and family and brother in-law Mike O'Keefe. Many Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Debbie and Dennis have lived on Camano Island for the past 10 years. In 2003 they bought property and began building their dream house together.
Debbie retired from Merrill Gardens in Stanwood after being employed for 11 years, where she made many strong friendships and wonderful memories to last forever.
Debbie enjoyed many crafts, quilting, gardening, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Debbie was very loving, caring and will be dearly missed by all family and friends.
A Celebration of Debbie's life will be held at Hawthorne Funeral Home 1825 East College Way Mt. Vernon WA on Friday May 17,2013 at 1:00 P.M
