Survived by Elaine his wife of 63 years, his son and daughter-in-law Donald & Carla Wolfe, daughter & son-in-law Judy & John Taylor, five grandchildren (Steven, Jim, Sarah, Mary, & Sean), and six great grandchildren (Jacob, Avery, Chayston, Abby, A.J., and Michael), also four brothers Bert, Lawrence, Wendell, and Rolf. He was preceded in death by grandson Michael.
There will be a graveside service Monday, August 11, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Anderson Cemetery in Stanwood.
Darryll spent many years of volunteer service with the American Legion, Camano & Stanwood Senior Centers, and Island County sheriff's Citizen Patrol.
Arrangements under the direction of Gilbertson Funeral Home, Stanwood
