Dallas Victor Moen, 85, of Marysville passed away at home surrounded by family on August 8, 2023. He was born March 15, 1938, in Oak Harbor to Harry and Edna Moen. Dallas was preceded in death by his parents, his step-father Lawrence Levison, and sister LaVonne Hood.
Dallas leaves behind his daughters, Kimberly Gee (Paul) and Jana Moen, grandchildren Tony Gee (Leat), Erica Gee (Ben), and Alyssa Sesby (Sean), great-granddaughter Ellie Anna Gee, brother Dexter Moen (Karen) and sister Sandra Smith, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. His loving and caring nature will be missed greatly.
Dallas graduated from Twin City High School in 1956, served in the Navy, then worked briefly as a carpenter. He worked for many years at Bayliner Boats in Arlington, and after that began his career with Boeing, retiring in 2003.
Throughout his lifetime he enjoyed playing and watching sports, league bowling, every kind of fishing, hunting, camping with family in his motorhome, and spending time with friends and family.
His funeral service will be held on Friday, August 25th, 1:00 p.m. at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Stanwood. In lieu of flowers, please make any memorial contributions in his memory to Evergreen Hospice Services, 12040 NE 128th Street MS 119, Kirkland, WA 98034-1040.
