Claudia J. Petty
Claudia J. Petty, 79, of Camano Island, passed away February 15, 2014, in Mount Vernon, Washington. She was born January 19, 1935 in Tacoma, Washington to Andrew and Melvina Severnak. Claudia liked gardening and photography.
Claudia is survived by her special friend, Jack O'Flaherty; 4 sons, Stephen Petty (Alexandria), David Petty, Alan Petty, Robert Petty (Karla); nephew Brian; 5 grandchildren, Matthew, Melanie, Lance, Jenniffer, Jacob; and great-grandson Anthony. She is preceded in death by her sister Dorothy and grandson Mark Petty.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 2-5 P.M. at Gilbertson Funeral Home. Catholic Mass will be Friday, February 21, 2014, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Stanwood. Claudia will be laid to rest at Anderson Cemetery, Stanwood. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Stanwood.
