Clarebelle C. Trondson
Clarebelle went on a journey February 9, 2010 to be reunited with her husband Frank and her son Allen. She was born September 14, 1927 to Charles and Andrea St. Peter in Kenmare, ND. Clarebelle married Frank Trondson (The love of her life) on August 3, 1946. They had two children, Allen and Carol Jean. In May of 1956 they moved to the Stanwood area. Clarebelle had many interests throughout the years. She enjoyed camping, bowling, crocheting doilies and afghans, playing cribbage and poker. She loved hummingbirds, garage sales, dancing, volunteering at the Eagles and working the gate during Fair days. She was a very caring and sincere person who was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank and her son Allen (both in 2006), her brother Merle, and sisters Odis and Harriet. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Jean (John) Lervick, grandchildren: Christopher and Tara; daughter-in-law: Bonny Trondson and "extended family" brother: Woods, sisters: Vi Kostenko and Betty (Fred) Abelseth; sister-in-laws: Dorothy Ickes and Joyce Trondson, along with many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Eagles #3041 Building Fund, 6419 Pioneer Hwy, Stanwood, WA 98292 or the American Legion Scholarship or Skagit Hospice, PO Box 1376, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 13, 2010, 11:00 am at Gilbertson Funeral Home. A Celebration of Clarebelle's life will follow at the American Legion in Stanwood
