Cecil passed peacefully in his sleep February 2nd, 2015.

He is survived by wife Anita, brother Doug, Step children; Dan (Julie), Mike (Rani), Sherri (Rich) and Kelly (Corrinne). Tweleve grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cecil was preceeded in death by his mother Dora, father Charles, sister, Lorraine, brother Donald and brother Jimmy. Cecil graduated from Everett High School class of 1951 and joined the US Army. He went on to get his teaching degree and spent his entire career teaching in the Marysville School District.

Cecil will always be remembered for his kind heart, his great smile and his fun sense of humor. As per Cecil's request there will not be a service. Family will gather at a later date to celebrate him.
