Barbara Diederichs, 70, of Stanwood, Washington, went home to be with the Lord on May 5, 2024. She went peacefully with her family by her side. Barbara was born to Stanley and Dorothy Morton on April 3, 1954. She grew up in Colorado with her 7 siblings. She married Dan Diederichs in 1980, and they lived together in Colorado for 15 years before relocating to Washington.

Barb was devoted to her family and viewed it as her highest calling. She was active in her children's and her grandchildren's lives. Barb served actively in her church. She loved the Lord and had a heart to serve those suffering from disabilities, the elderly, and children.

While Barb battled Alzheimer's for the last 15 years of her life, she remained steadfast in her love of her family and confident in her faith in Christ until the end.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Dan and her three children: Taryn (Mark), Nathan (Tricia), and Lindsey (Ryan). She is also survived by five grandchildren: Taylee, Caleb, Emelyn, Jackson, and Beckett.
