Anita L. Hansen
November 29, 1944 – September 16, 2012
Anita, a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and "Gigi" ended her courageous and spirited battle with ovarian cancer at home on Sunday, September 16, 2012. She was surrounded by her family and close friends, completely at peace, and is now resting beautifully with our Lord in Heaven.
May we all continue to be inspired by the beauty and grace she placed in the hearts of everyone she met.
Anita is survived by her soul mate and loving husband Marv Hansen of Camano Island, her sister Darlene Ball, her brother Larry Smith, mother-in-law Irene Hansen, children; Kevin Robinson and wife Ann Robinson, Kristine Robinson, Kim Robinson, Holly Fogarty and husband Jay Fogarty, and grandchildren; JoAnna Calvin, Brent Calvin, Joshua Calvin, Jeremy Larson, Jordan Robinson, Javan Nuzzolo, Jenae Larson, Patrick Fogarty, Lisanne Olsen, Emily Fogarty, and Natalie Fogarty, as well as 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned to celebrate her life on Friday, September 21, 2012 at 2:00pm at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Stanwood.
